Aquinas College

Sophomore Cullen Gaves returns to the Saints while pursuing a degree in accounting with minors in data science and business administration. A graduate of Father Gabriel Richard High School, Gaves earned All-State Honorable Mention, Catholic League All-Academic and All-State All-Academic honors while receiving the Irish Award. He helped lead his team to two regional final appearances and a Catholic League championship.

Gaves has played lacrosse since the third grade while competing for Blue Crew and Honey Badgers. He also competed in basketball and soccer before focusing on lacrosse.

He chose Aquinas because it provides the opportunity to compete athletically and academically every day. Cullen defines success through growing in his faith, strengthening family relationships and developing as a leader.

Away from the field, Cullen enjoys listening to country music.
