Aquinas College

Jack Jeffreys brings extensive two-sport experience to Aquinas as a member of both the Men's Hockey and Men's Lacrosse programs. Jeffreys has played hockey for 16 years and lacrosse for six, developing through the West Kent Hawks and West Michigan Varsity programs before continuing both sports with the Saints.

In hockey, Jeffreys earned All-Conference recognition twice and received Honorable Mention All-State honors as a junior before earning Second Team All-State recognition as a senior. He was also recognized as lacrosse's Most Improved Player during his prep career.

Jeffreys chose Aquinas because of its strength in his academic field and proximity to home. He defines success through earning strong grades while continuing to grow as a student-athlete. Born legally blind, Jeffreys brings resilience, work ethic, fortitude and humility to both Saints programs.

Away from competition, he enjoys golf, poker and country music and lists Miracle as his favorite movie.
