Madelyn Smith

A senior guard from Marysville, Madelyn Smith has been a consistent presence on both ends of the court. She was named to the All-Defensive Team and earned Third Team All-Conference honors during her sophomore season at the junior-college level. Smith helped lead her high school squad to regional and district championships and later contributed to an MCCAA Eastern Conference championship in college. A three-year varsity player in high school (four including her freshman call-up for districts), she played two years of JUCO ball before joining the Saints. Madelyn chose Aquinas because of its welcoming environment and beautiful campus. Off the court, she enjoys trying new things while maintaining balance, and her favorites include the movie Yours, Mine and Ours and listening to country music.
