Rhema Dozier has made an immediate impact since arriving on campus. The Holt native boasts an impressive prep résumé, earning multiple All-Conference selections, Honorable Mention All-State honors, and playing a key role in her team’s back-to-back district and regional championships. A four-year varsity starter, she began playing basketball at age four and competed on several AAU teams through middle and high school. Rhema chose Aquinas for its small, relaxing campus and the opportunity to experience life in a new city while staying close to home. Her goals include continuing to grow as a player through hard work on the court and in the classroom. She values being around people who make her feel welcome and at ease. Rhema loves listening to chill R&B music, taking naps, and watching her favorite movie Let It Shine. She’s also allergic to dairy and nuts — but that hasn’t stopped her from bringing energy and positivity everywhere she goes.
