Taelynn Otte serves as the head coach of the Aquinas College Women’s Hockey program, bringing a strong background in both high-level playing experience and successful youth development in West Michigan. Prior to joining Aquinas, Otte served as the Girls Director and coach for the Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association (GRAHA), where she helped guide the program to four state championships and six consecutive national tournament appearances. In addition to her coaching success, she is a skilled skating instructor and the founder of the Greater Than a Game Hockey Camp, a small business dedicated to developing young players on and off the ice.
As a player, Otte competed at the NCAA Division I level at Lindenwood University, where she served as team captain for three seasons. She holds a degree in Elementary and Special Education and was drawn to Aquinas for its faith-based mission, commitment to well-rounded education, and the opportunity to impact college-aged student-athletes while helping grow the game of hockey.
Otte resides in Grand Rapids with her husband, Justin Crow, and their two daughters, Revlynn and Rhaella. Outside of hockey, she enjoys working out, mountain biking, pickleball, camping, beach volleyball, and spending time with her family.
