Biography
Lorelei Weinrick
A true freshman from Okemos, Michigan, Lorelei Weinrick joins Aquinas with a decorated background and a reputation as a natural leader. The Biology major and assistant captain arrives after helping her previous team reach the national finals, capping a 15-year youth hockey career. Weinrick is eager to continue building a strong “hockey family” culture with her new teammates while making an immediate impact on the ice. She values the bonds she’s forming within the program and embraces the challenge of balancing academics and athletics at a high level. Outside of hockey, she enjoys playing lacrosse, listening to Sabrina Carpenter, and watching classic movies like The Breakfast Club.
