Aquinas College

Junior Emma Dale returns to the Saints while pursuing degrees in business administration and communication with a concentration in marketing. After previously competing in both women's lacrosse and swimming at Aquinas, Dale now focuses solely on lacrosse while bringing the discipline and work ethic developed through years of elite competition.

A former standout swimmer and water polo player, Dale helped set five Aquinas swimming records while earning Academic All-American honors. During high school, she received all-state honorable mention and first-team all-region recognition while helping her water polo program capture three consecutive state championships and multiple district and regional titles.

Dale chose Aquinas because of its welcoming atmosphere and beautiful campus. She believes success comes through dedication, discipline and giving her best effort every day.

Away from athletics, Emma plays four musical instruments.
