Nate Van Ryn played soccer at Calvin College where he was a part of teams that won 4 MIAA Conference Titles, 4 MIAA Tournament Titles, and went to the NCAA Final Four twice while compiling an overall record of 86-7-5. He was twice named a First Team All-Conference player and was a First Team All-American and the HERO Sports D3 Men’s Soccer Goalkeeper and Player of the Year in 2017.

Van Ryn also works for Midwest United FC as a head coach and a goalkeeper coach and he is the founder of All American Goalkeeping. He currently holds the USSF E License.

Van Ryn graduated from Calvin College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with minors in Business and Spanish.Â
