Biography
Hailing from Hart, Michigan, midfielder Mya Chickering brings versatility and athleticism to the Saints’ roster. A business major, Chickering was a multi-sport standout in high school, earning all-conference and all-regional honors in both soccer and volleyball, while also contributing to a conference-champion lacrosse team. She has carried that competitive spirit into college athletics, continuing her journey as a dual-sport athlete. Known for her determination in both academics and athletics, Chickering values her time at Aquinas for the opportunity to graduate with strong grades, lasting friendships, and meaningful experiences. Off the field, she enjoys playing the flute, is learning guitar, and has a unique hobby in berry picking — especially blueberries.
