Aquinas College

Junior Briley Andres joins the Saints after transferring from Montcalm Community College while pursuing a degree in business administration. During her time at MCC, Andres earned All-Academic honors in volleyball twice and bowling once while also receiving the Captain Award. She competed on the intercollegiate bowling team for one season and played two seasons of collegiate volleyball.

Before college, Andres was a two-year varsity volleyball player at Cedar Springs High School and competed for HIVE Volleyball Club. She also participated in basketball, softball and ballet, showcasing her well-rounded athletic background.

Andres chose Aquinas because the campus immediately felt like home, with its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and supportive community. She believes dedication will allow her to make the most of her collegiate experience.

Away from volleyball, Briley enjoys listening to music, cooking, baking and shopping. A unique fact about her is that she was born on July 7 at 7 p.m., weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and was the seventh baby born at the hospital that day, making seven her favorite number.
