2026 Women's Volleyball Roster
Biography
Jayla Martin brings a unique combination of volleyball experience and elite track & field success to Aquinas. A graduate of Woodhaven High School, Martin is a three-time MHSAA Division I All-State performer in track & field and helped lead the Warriors to a regional finals appearance in 2022 and a district finals appearance in 2023. She has played volleyball for 10 years, including two varsity seasons, while also competing three years on the varsity track & field team and one season with Atomic Volleyball Club.
Martin chose Aquinas because of its close-knit community and the opportunity to continue growing through meaningful relationships on campus. She believes success comes from learning something new every day and never being afraid to ask questions.
Outside of athletics, Martin enjoys creating art through pencil sketches, oil pastels and painting.
