Aquinas College

Sophomore Kate Schneider continues her collegiate volleyball career while pursuing a degree in Biochemistry. A native of Chesterfield, Michigan, Schneider arrived at Aquinas following an outstanding high school career that included First Team All-County, All-Conference and All-Region honors, along with back-to-back All-State Academic Team recognition.

Schneider helped lead her team to district and regional championships in 2023 while competing as a four-year varsity volleyball player. She also played softball for 10 years and competed exclusively with Crank-It Volleyball Club, building a strong foundation that prepared her for collegiate competition.

Kate chose Aquinas because of the welcoming atmosphere she experienced during her first campus visit. She is committed to balancing academics and athletics while making the most of every opportunity. The youngest of five sisters, Kate enjoys shopping, spending time outdoors and listening to all types of music.
