Aquinas College

Junior Sarah Curtis continues her collegiate volleyball career while pursuing a degree in Environmental Science. A native of Chesterfield, Michigan, Curtis arrived at Aquinas after an outstanding high school career that included First Team All-Region, All-Conference and All-State Academic honors while helping lead her team to district and regional championships and a state quarterfinal appearance.

Curtis has played volleyball for 11 years, including three-and-a-half years on varsity, while also competing in varsity tennis for four seasons. Her club experience includes four years with Legacy Volleyball Club and five years with Crank It Volleyball Club, helping prepare her for collegiate competition.

Sarah chose Aquinas because of its strong academics, ideal distance from home and the opportunity to continue playing volleyball. She values the friendships she has built with her teammates and looks forward to continuing to grow both on and off the court. Away from volleyball, Sarah enjoys snowboarding, traveling, attending concerts and listening to both country and pop music.
