Aquinas College women's lacrosse coach Angelica Gero has announced the first signing of the 2020 recruiting class for the Saints, with Alex Sullivan of Caledonia signing her Letter of Intent. Sulliva,, a local product, preps at Caledonia High School.

Sullivan has 10 years of playing experience and plays travel lacrosse for Pure Advantage Lacrosse, along with her time playing high school lacrosse for Caledonia. Alex helped the Scots to a Conference Championship and has been named Academic All-State. 

Said Coach Gero, "Our midfield has been a big focus area for our 2020 class and Alex is going to be an amazing addition for us there. She is a very athletic & smart player and her work ethic is contagious. I can't wait to have the opportunity to work with her through her college career as a Saint!:

Added Sullivan, "I chose Aquinas because of it's Catholic values, small classes, and strong community atmosphere." She will study Pre-Medicine at Aquinas College.
