The women's lacrosse program has added their first signee in the 2021 recruiting class, signing Grace Thomason of Cincinnati, Ohio to a Letter of Intent. 

Thomason attends Fairfield High School in Cincinnati, where she earned Honorable-Mention All-Conference honors as a sophomore in 2019. She has been playing lacrosse for three years, the past two on the Fairfield Varsity team. A versatile defender, Thomason will look to help out the Saints' backline moving forward. Thomason also has a soccer background, with 12 years experience playing for Fairfield HS and FOSC.

"Grace will be an awesome addition to our team," said head coach Angelica Gero. "She's got a good view of the field and she's not afraid to implant herself in the play. I'm looking forward to helping her polish her defensive skills and finding her confidence on our field!"

Asked why she chose Aquinas, Thomason said, "I really liked the atmosphere of the school. Also, the coaches and the girls on the team were so inviting and it made me solidify what I had previously thought about Aquinas." She will study Political Science at Aquinas.
