Women’s Lacrosse Signs Jordan Gardner to 2021 Class

The Aquinas women's lacrosse head coach, Angelica Gero, is excited to announce the latest signee to the 2021 recruiting class, Jordan Gardner. From Prior Lake, Minnesota, Gardner will start her academic career in the fall of 2021 and prep for the 2022 season.

Gardner prepped at Prior Lake High School where she earned a section championship and helped her team earn a state championship in 2019.

Coach Gero noted, "It was so fun to get to know Jordan through the recruiting process, she fit in here at AQ immediately. Gaining momentum on the goalie front has been so exciting, with Jordan joining the squad we're going to be very solid in the cage. She's a very hard worker and we'll be counting on her to bring a lot of energy and athleticism to our defensive end!"

Along with being a varsity letterwinner, Gardner has played lacrosse for a total of nine years. She also has competed for three years for the Team 36 Club program.

Gardner, who plans on studying education in the fall, commented on her decision to come to AQ, "The atmosphere of the campus and the girls lacrosse team and players made Aquinas the college for me!"
