The women's hockey team was back in action when they traveled down to Fort Wayne, Indiana for the first of two games against the Indiana Tech Warriors. The Saints were never able to get their wheels spinning in the game and ended up losing 9-0.

The Saints drops to 6-17-2 on the season while the warriors rise to 20-7-1.

In the first period, the Saints were only able to get two shots off compared to the warriors sixteen. The Warriors scored four times in the first period as the Saints were unable to match the Warrior onslaught.

In the second period, the Warriors scored once again on a power play goal. At this point,
Ashley Suske came into the goal for
Kadynce Romijn. The Warriors scored once more to end the period. In this period the Saints got off three shots.

In the final period the Warriors scored three more times at 18:39, 18:12, and :54 to finish the game.

The Saints will be back in action one more time this season as they are back home for senior night on Saturday, February 19. Puck drop is scheduled for 7:30 PM.
