The Aquinas Esports team will be hosting the inaugural WHAC Overwatch and League of Legends Tournaments this coming Saturday and Sunday (Apr. 9-10) in Sturrus Center. The single-elimination Overwatch tournament is slated to begin on Saturday at 12:00 PM as each game with be a best of five matches setup. The League of Legends tournament will follow on Sunday with the first game beginning at 10:00 AM as the each game of the single-elimination tournament will be set up as a best of three matches.
In the regular season, the Overwatch team finished second only behind Lourdes, who defeated AQ in the final game of the regular season. Indiana Tech will be the third seed in the tournament, followed by Cleary in fourth, Lawrence Tech in fifth, and Concordia in sixth. The Gray Wolves and Saints will receive first round byes as the top two seeds in the tournament with AQ waiting for the winner of the Warriors and Cardinals game in the semifinals. The schedule for the day will be as follows:

The League of Legends team was the second AQ squad to finish first in the inaugural WHAC regular season standings as Rocket League also was the first seed. Lawrence Tech finished in second after the Saints defeated the Blue Devils in the last week of the regular season. Lourdes finished third in the regular season with Cleary finishing fourth, Indiana Tech coming in fifth, and Concordia in sixth. As the top seed, AQ will receive a first round bye and await the winner of the Cougars and Warriors match-up in the semifinals. The schedule for the day will be as follows:
