Crestview Hills, Kentucky - The women's lacrosse team was on the road for their final game in Kentucky against the Saints of Thomas More. The women won todays contest in their largest margin of victory of 14 goals en route to a 22-8 victory.

Thomas More would score first in today's contest at 11:41 to begin the high scoring quarter. The Saints would respond a minute and a half later with a goal from
Cierra Davis. Only six seconds later,
Niya Couch would put the Saints up by one when she was assisted by
Trinity Reynoso. The quick goals would keep coming as
Kennadie Minerich would score 24 seconds later at 9:42 and would do so again at 7:25. The Saints of Thomas More would score twice before Davis,
Stella Bottum and
Shaylin Rings would each score before the quarters end. AQ would lead 7-3 at the end of the quarter.

In the second, AQ would outscore Thomas More 4-2. Aquinas' four goals would come from Bottum (2), Minerich, and
Alex Sullivan. Â Bottum and Minerich would finish the half already recording a hat trick as AQ lead 11-5.
Coming out of the half, AQ would keep their foot on the gas outscoring the opposing Saints 6-3. AQ would score four goals before St. Thomas could net their first. These would come from Bottum, Couch, Minerich, and Davis. After St. Thomas would net their first goal of the quarter, Rings would score again as well as
Lauren Hansen. The opposing Saints would score twice before the quarters end.
AQ would blank their opponents in the final quarter with
Brianna Trepins scoring AQ's first goal at 14:34. Minerich (2), Rings, and
Katelyn Hall would all score in the quarter as well to give Aquinas the 22-8 victory.
Kennedy Stilson would play all 60 minutes in goal for AQ recording ten saves and eight goals against her. Â
Minerich would lead the Saints in goals (6) and points (9) while having three assists along with Davis. Bottum (4), Davis (3), and Rings (3) would each record a hat trick.
AQ returns to Grand Rapids on Saturday, March 18 when they take on No. 9 Indiana Tech. The game against the Warriors is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM at the AQ Athletic Field.
