The Saints worked throughout the tournament. However, the commendable competition shined bright throughout this two-day event. Here's what coach John Konya had to say about the last two days, "Our guys came in here fresh off a win at Lourdes, so confident, but certainly not overconfident. I'm obviously disappointed in our showing. There's enough data to show that we don't play this golf course particularly well, so we may do something different from a scheduling standpoint, for the future. It's a very good golf course, but for some reason, it's not very good to us.
I still feel good about our chances at Cleary, and I look forward to seeing how we bounce back. It was nice to see Matt get back on track today. He's our anchor, and we need him to play well, if we're going to finish well as a team. His 72 today was great to see, and hopefully gives the team an added boost."
