The Saints entered the pitch today knowing that they needed a win to secure the regular season conference title. Knowing this, AQ showed up quickly at the drop of the match as Lauren Niblett netted the first goal with a pass from Maeva Lichtensteiger.

The duo returned to the score sheet just under two minutes later as this time Lichtensteiger tallied a goal with Niblett on the assist. With nearly 10 minutes remaining in the first, both Sydney Shenk and Brittney Probst entered the field of play as they both had been out due to injury.

Both the returners jumped into action promptly as Probst assisted Lichtensteiger's second goal at the start of the 37th minute.

Shenk came back with a bang as she notched a goal in the 40th minute with touches by Lichtensteiger, and Probst. The Saints were up 4-0 as the time came to expire in the half. AQ walked off the pitch like they had for most of the season, ahead.

Returning to the pitch, AQ reestablished dominance swiftly in the second half with a goal in the 50th minute. This time Madison Slezinkski collected the goal with another assist to Lichtensteiger.

Marie-Louise Abild jumped into the game sheet in the 57th minute with a goal, as Lichtensteiger gave another touch to the cause.

The final goal of the contest came in the 71st minute from an Abild corner finished by a direct header for a season first goal for Sandra Segovia.
