Grand Rapids, Mich. — The Aquinas College Rocket League team competed against the Warriors of Indiana Tech on Wednesday (Oct. 9). The well equipped Warriors had a strong showing against the Saints as they routed the game into a sweep. 

Indiana Tech 3, Aquinas 0

The five game series started off swiftly, unfortunately it was swiftly for the Warriors. IT were fluid in both their offensive and defensive efforts, finding multiple goals and keeping the Saints out of the net. 

The Warriors took the sweep with scores of, 7-1, 7-2, and 9-1.

By the Numbers

• Steve Garvey found two goals, one assist, seven shots and seven shots on the evening
• Max Aguilar-Ochoa collected one goal, three assists, one save, with nine shots
• Juan Garcia Valdes notched one goal, six saves, and six shots
