Box Score Leavenworth, Kan. — The #10 Aquinas College men's lacrosse team concluded their spring break trip with their second contest in Kansas on Tuesday (Mar. 12). This time Aquinas (3-0) faced off with Saint Mary (1-5). Even with playing a match the previous night (Mar. 11th), the boys in maroon keep their momentum flowing on the pitch. Saint Mary managed to best the AQ defense but not enough to keep in the contest. The Saints take the game with a 17-4 difference.

The #10 Saints have been a force to be reckoned with so far this season as they now push their undefeated streak to four. The contest was all Aquinas, Saint Mary only managed to best the AQ defense once a quarter.
At the final horn of the first, AQ stood tall with an 7-1 advantage.

Cade Linnemeyer, Nienhuis, and Linnemeyer tops off the quarter with two goals back to back within a 60 second margin. The first of the pari fo goals was assisted by Nienhuis.
Maroon and white kept their fight as the second quarter concluded 12-2.

Saint Mary looked to change the pace for the second half but the Saints still had a full head of steam.
Braeden Williams with help from Rolands, Dillion Wieschhorster assisted by Modderman, Modderman assisted by Noah Benoit, and Modderman all notched addition scores for the boys in maroon.
After the third the score read 16-3.
The fourth quarter saw a relax in scoring as both teams only put up an addition goal each.
Cam Gunn punched the final goal with help from
Chase Haggerty.
As the boys rejoiced at the sound of the final buzzer, they concluded their Kansas conquest with a 16-4 win.

Beau Craig was in goal for the Saints this evening as he saved two shots on six attempts on net.
Wieschhorster, Gunn, Jenison, Kittredge, and Williams all managed a goal each.
Rolands had three points total, two goals and one assist.
Linnemeyer changes speeds from the previous night and finds himself his first hat trick of the season.
Haggerty and Benoit both chimed in with an assist.
Nienhuis maintains his speed and notches another hat trick with an assist.
Modderman also notched his first hat trick of the season with an assist on top of it.
Waling wrapped it up with one goal and two assists on the evening.
