Grand Rapids, Mich. — The NAIA office has released their latest men's lacrosse national top 10 rankings. This edition saw Concordia swap spots with Aquinas. AQ now sits ranked 7th.
The Saints are still rolling and stepping to the beat of their own drum as they continue their historic season. AQ has had their greatest start to the season ever seen by the men's lax program (5-0). So far, Aquinas has out scored opponents 77-45. Having 226 shots to opponents 160.
Freshman
Cooper Nienhuis continues the marching order as the lead point scorer with 31 (27 goals, 4 assists). Nienhuis' right hand man
Cade Linnemeyer saddles up second with 17 points (10 goals, 7 assists).
Both
Braeden Williams and
Brady Waling hold third in tandem with 13 points each. While
Dean Cooper and
TJ Murphy tag up in fourth with 10 points each.
Goalie
Austin Hynote continues to conduct his keeper prowess with 52 saves with a .559 save percentage.
This weeks poll sees the top five remain, AQ and CUAA swap, while Siena Heights joins the fray.
