Grand Rapids, Mich - The No. 12-ranked Saints continued their dominant play with a towering 3-0 sweep over Lourdes University. From the opening serve to the final point, Aquinas maintained control over the match. AQ boosted its record to an impressive 17-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play.

Lydia Harper set the tone of the match by earning the first three kills for AQ. The Saints marched on with an unanswered 12-point run highlighted by five kills from Mallory Keller, complimented by kills from Harper and Lauren Chioini boosting the score 22-7. Madison Lawson closed out the set with a kill of her own, making the final score 25-8.
Aquinas kept the pendulum swinging to start the second set. As they jumped on a quick 3-0 lead. The Saints went on a four-point run that included two service aces from Bella Hommes advancing their lead 7-1. AQ continued to climb the ladder doubling the Gray Wolves score 18-9, as the team was aided by a big kill from Samee Teachworth. Julia Sweihofer claimed a service ace, then Harper snuck in a kill to end the second set 25-17.
In the third and final set, Aquinas showcased their depth with contributions from multiple players, including Angelia Cutts who went two for two on kills. Once again the Saints raced to a quick 5-1 lead as Hommes claimed her third service ace of the match. AQ kept the ball rolling with a six-point run that saw kills from Chioini and Jenna Lee that put the Saints up 14-6. Aquinas finished off the third set 25-13.
