Final Thoughts from Joey's (Joey Sutherlin) Wacky World of AQ Sports
It may be my first homecoming at Aquinas, but no one could feel more at home than I have this entire week. Words can't fully capture how incredible it is to work at AQ, where I get to make an impact on the lives of our amazing student-athletes and collaborate with such remarkable faculty and staff. I'm blessed beyond measure and enjoying every second of every event and activity.
I also want to give a special shout-out to our new hockey PA announcer, Thomas Kring. Credit goes to Coach Brandon Rozema for what might be the "find of the year." Thomas stepped into the soccer doubleheader like a seasoned veteran, showing off both his talent and professionalism—and he's only a freshman! On top of that, he's an exceptional person.
So please join me in giving Thomas a warm welcome to the AQ Athletics family. Thomas, you're already a part of the reason it's truly a great time to be a Saint!
