Livonia, Mich. – The Aquinas men's basketball team faced an early deficit and spent the night battling back, but a strong offensive push from Madonna proved too much to overcome as the Saints fell 90–71 on Saturday. Aquinas showed fight throughout, cutting into the lead multiple times, but the Crusaders used runs in both halves to create separation.

Coaches Comments
"I liked our effort and the way we continued to compete, but we didn't execute when it mattered, and that's what cost us tonight. You can't give a team such long runs and expect to stay in the game. We have to be sharper, more disciplined, and hold ourselves accountable on every possession, but I'm proud of the way our guys stayed together and fought until the final buzzer." stated Head Coach Ryan Bertoia
