The Aquinas men's cross country team kicked off its season at the Calvin Knight Invitational on Saturday at Calvin College in Grand Rapids.

The Saints finished 11th out of 24 teams in the Collegiate 8K with a total score of 311.
Gannon Foley was the best finisher for the team with a 34th place time of 25:57.20.
Grayson Harding had a time of 26:17.80 to claim 43rd place and was the Saints second best runner on the day.

Andrew Ireland finished with a time of 26:57.80 and was 85th overall.
Ben Hylen had a time of 27:01.90 and came in 91st place in his first meet as a Saint.
Matt Fosdick rounded out the Saints in the top 100 with a time of 27:12.40. Jacob Fair finished with a time of 27:17.50 while
Robbie Morse had a time of 28:08.80.

The AQ men were the top-ranked team in the WHAC and #12 in the NAIA preseason poll.

The women's team had an impressive third place finish in the Collegiate 6K.

The teams race again on Friday, September 20th at the GRCC Raider Invitational. The men's race begins at 2:00 PM.
