Muskegon, MI - For the first time in two weeks, the men's cross country team was back in action as they competed at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational. The men placed fourth out of 14 teams with 147 points.
 
Junior, Caleb Billings was first across the line for the Saints as he placed 24th with a time of 25:50. Close behind him was freshman Juan David Hernandez. Hernandez ran the 8k race in a time of 26:93, placing him 29th. Then Brian Langlois and Carson Lafferty came across the line together with times of 26:30 and 26:31. They placed 36th and 37th. Ben Hylen was the last scoring Saint in when he placed 40th. He completed the race in a time of 26:33
 
Jonah Maichele and Will Westveer rounded out the top seven for AQ. They finished with times of 26:54 and 27:04 respectively.
 
Aquinas will be back in action next week, when they host the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge. The race will host many nationally ranked teams and will take place at Riverside Park on Saturday, October 22.
