Grand Rapids, Mich. – The Aquinas women's basketball team extended their winning streak to four games with an impressive 25-point victory, improving their record to 6-5 overall and 4-1 in conference play. The Saints' offensive precision and relentless pace proved too much for Great Lakes Christian, resulting in a 73-48 win.

The Saints set the tone early with a jumper from Claire Gregwer to open the scoring at 2-0. Great Lakes Christian kept pace in the opening minutes, but Brynn Reams delivered back-to-back jumpers to establish an 11-7 lead. Gregwer closed out the first quarter with a three-pointer and two free throws, helping AQ take a 19-13 advantage.
The second quarter saw Aquinas extend their lead with four quick points from Gregwer and two from Ashlyn Wilkes, building a 25-13 cushion. Layups by Paige Guernsey and Gregwer kept the momentum rolling, widening the margin to 31-19. Emily Cline and Reams added key points, securing a 37-28 halftime lead for the Saints.
The third quarter marked a dominant stretch for AQ, highlighted by Isabel Reemsnyder's jumper and Gregwer's reliable free-throw shooting to push the lead back to double digits at 41-31. Wilkes then caught fire, scoring seven straight points, while Guernsey and Leah French added buckets to give AQ a 54-31 lead. The Saints closed the quarter ahead 60-37 after a pair of free throws from Guernsey.
In the final frame, Emma Picarazzi hit a three-pointer off the bench, and Madelyn Smith added a layup to further extend AQ's lead to 65-41. Emilynne Braue and Rhema Dozier contributed points, with Dozier draining a three. Kenzie Burt's late layup sealed the deal, rounding out the Saints' impressive 73-48 victory.
