Box Score The women's tennis team hit the courts for the first time in 2020 last night, as they took on NCAA DIII Calvin at MVP Sportsplex. The Saints came away with an impressive 6-1 victory and are now 3-2 on the season.

The Saints claimed the doubles point by sweeping all three matches. Joska Volder and Kiara Berry won in first doubles 6-1, Sofia Gomez and Vanessa Heylmun took second doubles 6-1, and Bailey Chouinard and Darci TerHaar claimed #3 doubles 6-2.

Aquinas won five of six singles matchups to take the match by a final of 6-1. Volder won 6-0, 6-1 in #1 singles, while Sofia Gomez won 6-0, 6-2 in #2 singles. Bailey Chouinard won 6-1, 6-4, with Kiara Berry winning  7-6 (7-5), 6-3. Heylmun fell in #5 doubles 2-6, 2-6 but Darci TerHaar claimed a victory in #6 singles 6-3, 6-4. 

The Saints take on St. Mary's (IN) this afternoon.
