Lewisburg, Pennsylvania - The women's track & field team sent a portion of their middle distance and distance squads to Bucknell University over the weekend to compete in one of the biggest track & field meets in the country. Coach Nick Thelen led six athletes to the Bison Outdoor Classic in which the Saints competed in the 800, 1500, and 5000 meters.

The meet was headlined by the performances of Madison Rempalski and Anna Fedewa in the unseeded division of the women's 5000 meters. Rempalski would take 14th out of 68 athletes in a new personal best time of 18:09.98. Fedewa, who placed 46th, would also set a personal best as she crossed the line in 18:38.07.

The Saints will look for continued success next weekend at GVSU's Al Owens Classic.
