Allendale, Michigan -  The women's track and field teams concluded an action-packed weekend at Day 2 of the GVSU Big Meet. The Saints had one relay and one individual compete this afternoon

The team of Ella Koons, Amber Koole, Lauren Wooer, and Madison Rempalski ran a time of 12:02.82 to automatically qualify for the National Indoor Track and Field Championships. The quartet now ranks third in the nation in the Distance Medley Relay.
 
Also competing for the Saints was Lindsey Strutz, who ran a 9.44 in the 60 meter hurdles.
 
The Saints now switch their attention to the WHAC Indoor Championships that will be contested at home next weekend.
